Meet Mr. Nick
This is Mr Nick's third year with REMS as a Kitchen Assistant. He lives here in Castle Rock with his wife and 2 kids. Originally from the Chicago area, Mr Nick has lived mostly north in Denver, Arvada, Westminster, Thornton, and Brighton after he moved out to Colorado in 2004. He moved to Castle Rock in 2021 and is absolutely loving the outdoors, nature and mountains we get to look at daily.
He spends his free time playing board and card games with his kids and traveling around the US when he can. He loves cooking and hopes your kids enjoy what he is able to offer and do for them here at Renaissance Cafe.
